The N5 power module is a 750V IGBT module with current levels of 660A, 820A and 1000A to meet the needs of high power density in automotive systems.The module is a half-bridge circuit with a multi-chip parallel design, which has higher energy transmission efficiency.The IGBT module adopts a low-inductance, high-efficiency heat dissipation package design, and the stray inductance of the module power loop is less than 6.5nH.The module adopts epoxy injection molding encapsulation process, pinfin water cooling heat dissipation substrate directly water cooling, and high thermal conductivity and high reliability HPS and AMB heat dissipation insulation substrate are used inside the module.The module has passed the 175°C AQG-324 reliability certification, and can work in the 175°C junction temperature environment for a long time.
